Upon ordering, we expect that you item(s) will arrive within 10-14 business days. Please note that deliveries across the world have experienced delays due to the ongoing challenges of the Coronavirus pandemic.

We will always do our best to ensure the fastest deliveries possible, and are available to answer your questions within 24 hours at greg@uxbodytech.com

We only accept returns of unused items, in the same condition in which they were received, within 60 days of the date they were purchased. Please include all pieces and documentation received, in the original packaging (if possible).

Once we receive the item, we will confirm receipt and condition and notify you of the status of your refund. We will refund the original method of payment. The amount of time for the refund to process back to your account will vary depending on your carrier’s policies, but funds typically arrive within 10 business days.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a defect, we will be glad to replace the item at no cost to you.
